Legal Fellowship Opportunity at Mountain States Legal Foundation Fall Semester Positions Available Salary information: Unpaid, may be for-credit or volunteer basis About Organization Mountain States Legal Foundation (MSLF) is a non-profit public interest legal foundation based in Denver, Colorado. MSLF is dedicated to protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals and organizations through impact litigation on issues of fundamental constitutional rights, private property rights, government overreach, public lands, and natural resources. Role of Legal Fellowship The MSLF Fellowship Program offers a unique and hands-on opportunity for current law students to gain practical experience in impact litigation. Fellows will work closely with MSLF attorneys on researching complex legal issues, drafting legal documents, and assisting with litigation preparation. They will also have the chance to work on amicus briefs for the Supreme Court or federal circuit courts and attend hearings and oral arguments. Fellows will also have the opportunity to network with other organizations in the liberty movement and the Denver legal community.
