Job Overview:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients facing criminal charges.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and negotiations.

Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Investigate case facts, interview witnesses, and gather evidence.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical representation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to Practice Law in Texas.
