About the Role:
- Lead counsel for all corporate matters at DoorDash
- Report directly to the General Counsel
- Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations
- Advise on shareholder related matters
- Oversee financing and strategic transactions
- Provide general advice and counsel to various teams within DoorDash
- Lead a small and highly capable corporate team

Salary Information:
- Colorado Pay Range: $252,000—$350,000 USD
- California Pay Range: $266,000—$350,000 USD
- New York Pay Range: $280,000—$350,000 USD
- Washington Pay Range: $266,000—$350,000 USD
- Remote Pay Range: $252,000—$350,000 USD
