The candidate will lead and manage the Employment Law practice, setting strategic direction and goals for the team. Will provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and more. Oversee the development and execution of legal strategies that address client needs and objectives. Foster and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service. Manage a team of attorneys and support staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development. Stay current with employment law developments and trends to ensure the team's advice remains accurate and effective. Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide integrated legal solutions to clients. Experience in business development and the ability to contribute to the growth of the practice essential. Prior experience in managing a team of legal professionals is essential. Must have an active Bar membership in Minnesota.
