A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of real estate purchase and sale (commercial) experience and will be responsible for a range of duties related to real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. Handle various real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. Experience with hotel and resort projects and/or development projects is a significant plus. Utilize strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence in providing high-quality legal services. Duties: • Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating agreements. • Conduct due diligence and research on real estate matters. • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate issues. • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and execute real estate strategies.
