Job Overview: A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to participate in all aspects of the firm’s professional activities, including client intake, trial preparation, and case management. Duties:

  • Participate in the firm’s professional activities, including client intake, trial preparation, etc.
  • Handle litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision.
  • Draft complex pleadings and motions and argue discovery and dispositive motions.
  • Formulate and develop case strategy and advise clients on risk mitigation and pre-suit resolution options.
  • Conduct research, interview clients and witnesses, and handle other details for comprehensive case management.
  • Manage the discovery process and supervise junior attorneys and staff with document review projects.
  • Mediation AAA and other arbitration experience are preferable.
  • Perform complex legal research using tools such as Westlaw.
  • Maintain a portable book of business with at least $200,000.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
