A law firm in San Francisco is currently seeking a highly qualified Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Associate Attorney with stellar academics, superior writing and research skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice. The successful candidate should have a strong background in both litigation and transactional matters.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of complex commercial bankruptcy cases, including litigation and transactional matters.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on business reorganization and financial restructuring matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents related to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and other legal professionals to develop case strategies.
• Attend court hearings, negotiations, and meetings related to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Stellar academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Should have Bar admission.
• 3-5 or more years of experience in sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice.
• Proven experience in both litigation and transactional aspects of bankruptcy law.
