Fisher Phillips, a leading law firm with offices nationwide, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior associate/counsel litigator to join our Employment Litigation team in our Denver office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney with at least 6 years of employment litigation experience to grow their practice under the mentorship of talented partners. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a hybrid work environment and has a growth mindset.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding cases. This includes handling litigation matters from start to finish, such as responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will also have the chance to work closely with clients, providing guidance on day-to-day challenges related to employment laws, as well as drafting and revising handbooks, conducting training, and other similar activities.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $205,000 - $255,000. The actual base pay within this range will be determined by several factors, including relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
