The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of practical family legal work experience or 5+ years of life experience with strong empathy skills.

Duties:

• Lead and resolve complex family law cases with a strategic, empathetic approach.

• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide exceptional service to clients.
• Develop and hone skills in a nurturing environment that values curiosity, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience in family law or 5+ years of life experience with strong empathy skills.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar license in good standing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with technology and willingness to innovate processes.
