As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters. You will also assist with M&A tax structuring, internal restructuring, drafting emails and memos, and drafting Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax. This role also involves assisting with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax and Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions. In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least 8 years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience, with a preference for experience at a large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS. A . is required for this role, with a Tax . preferred. Strong analytical and writing skills are also necessary, as well as proficiency with tax research databases such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint.
