The ideal candidate should have experience commensurate with their time in practice, with preference given to those with general property and/or mineral title experience in the energy sector. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues are essential.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy mineral title and division order matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and title opinions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and legal teams regarding case updates and strategies.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on various energy-related issues.
• Assist with negotiations and settlements.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 0-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in energy mineral title and division order practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and legal teams.
• Excellent academic record.
• Exceptional writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

Education:
