Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.

  • 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law, demonstrating a deep understanding of the legal intricacies within the healthcare sector.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
