Job Details:

• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients in matters related to bankruptcy, insolvency, and debt restructuring.
• Oversee and manage various bankruptcy cases, ensuring all legal processes are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in legislation, and legal precedents related to bankruptcy law.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, addressing client concerns, and providing regular updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to share knowledge and ensure comprehensive client service.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the bankruptcy practice by participating in business development activities, including networking events and client outreach.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• 6 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex bankruptcy cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
