Stamford office of our client seeks residential real estate associate attorney with 3 years of experience with the following: Title rundown/review/recording; Contract review/revision; Refinance and purchase closing; Lender, Realtor, and client relations. Familiarity with various industry software is essential. Must be in good standing with the CT Bar, have current CT Notary commission. Bar membership and/or Notary commission in neighboring states a plus.
