Duties:

• Handle a caseload of employment litigation matters, with a specific emphasis on trade secrets and unfair competition cases.
• Conducted legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provided sound legal advice.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years of employment litigation experience, specifically in California.
• Excellent academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Significant experience in handling trade secrets and unfair competition cases.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California.

Education:
