A law firm located in Boston is seeking a Mid to Senior-level Litigation Associate Attorney with excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts and have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Manage discovery processes, including document production and review.
• Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
