- Reports to the CFO and provides legal guidance on all company matters
- Responsible for contracts, corporate governance, M&A, compliance, and other obligations
- Develops legal strategies aligned with business objectives
- Reviews and prepares legal documents such as contracts and licenses
- Ensures compliance with corporate governance requirements
- Identifies and mitigates legal risks associated with business activities
- Oversees intellectual property portfolio and advises on labor and employment issues
- Manages external legal resources and represents the company in legal proceedings

Essential Functions:

- Develops legal strategies aligned with business objectives
- Reviews and prepares legal documents such as contracts and licenses
- Ensures compliance with corporate governance requirements
- Identifies and mitigates legal risks associated with business activities
- Oversees intellectual property portfolio and advises on labor and employment issues
- Manages external legal resources and represents the company in legal proceedings

Requirements:

- Completion of law school with an LLB or JD degree and admission to the bar
- 8-10 years of professional legal experience, with a strong background in business and contract law
- Structured mindset, highly organized, and enthusiastic about building and scaling a business
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to predict and prevent legal issues and risks
- Strong moral and ethical principles
- Excellent judgment and analytical skills
