Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in any state.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERISA and employee benefits law.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.
  • Strong client service capabilities and ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

License to practice law in any state.
