Duties:

• Represent sponsors, developers, borrowers, lenders, or investors in project finance and non-recourse lending transactions.
• Assist in secured lending, tax equity, LLC financings, and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with experienced partners and senior lawyers for active mentoring.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of substantial transactional experience.
• Major law firm experience preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the state bar in Massachusetts or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.

Skills:

• Experience in project finance and structured asset-based finance.
• Knowledge of clean energy and climate infrastructure finance is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with partners and senior lawyers.
