A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Lawyer for their Boca Raton, FL office. The Foreclosure Lawyer will handle complex mortgage foreclosure litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing legal advice. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling foreclosure cases, knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, admission to the Florida State Bar, prior experience in a law firm or legal setting, and strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Duties:

• Handle complex mortgage foreclosure litigation cases
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal advice to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida State Bar
• Prior experience in handling foreclosure cases
