Salary Information: - The salary for this position is competitive and will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Job Title: - Senior Counsel Experience Information: - Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, commercial contracts and general corporate legal matters, either in-house or at a law firm. - Strong knowledge of M&A, finance and commercial transactions. - Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal instruments, including transactional M&A documents and complex commercial agreements. - Sound understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks and the common law principles applicable to M&A and commercial matters. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
