Duties:

• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Manage cases effectively from inception to resolution.
• Handle depositions effectively.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in the Florida or Georgia Bar Association.
• Experience in civil litigation and a desire to learn Employment Law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Experience in Employment Law, medical malpractice, and/or workers' compensation cases is a plus.
