- Direct multinational enterprises on business decisions and tax planning strategies
- Collaborate with our Mergers & Acquisitions Tax colleagues to structure tax aspects of global transactions
- Assist with tax provision preparation and compliance work for multinational companies
- Provide guidance on income tax treaty planning opportunities for cross-border investing and trading activities
- Opportunity to work with alternative investment companies throughout their investment lifecycle
- Minimum of five years experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree required, masters in Taxation, JD, and/or LLM preferred
- Knowledge of international and domestic tax law provisions
- Strong research and writing skills, Excel modeling, and oral communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple engagements, lead teams, and develop and train staff professionals
