Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in domestic relations matters, including divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and spousal support cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.
• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents related to domestic relations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Michigan and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on domestic relations/family law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a caseload of domestic relations matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:
