Duties:

• Handle general liability defense cases, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and automobile liability matters.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft complex opinions, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective defense strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general liability defense.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft complex opinions and motions.
• Texas Bar admission is required.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Significant experience in handling a variety of defense litigation matters.
