Job Overview:

The Mid-Level Debt Finance Associate Attorney will handle upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds. Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.
  • Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
  • Admission to practice in IL.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
