Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions
- Review and prepare tax returns
- Collaborate with engagement team to identify and research complex client issues and recommend solutions

- Provide regular updates to clients

- Supervise, train and mentor Associates and Interns
