Position Summary

- Navigate the growing legal transformation through a technology lens and partner with passionate professionals to help companies achieve their objectives
- Provide integrated technology solutions for legal departments to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and maximize strategic value to the organization

What you'll do

- Participate in client management and day-to-day interactions with project team members
- Optimize tax and legal processes through technology implementations and automation
- Develop and leverage innovative solutions to increase efficiency in tax and legal departments
- Provide training and support for software and process changes
- Assist with project management tasks and maintain relationships with clients
- Contribute to the development of team members and participate in business development pursuits

The team

- Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) practice helps tax departments achieve a streamlined and efficient tax function
- Specializes in tax and offers a combination of skills, methodology, and practical experience to support successful ERP implementations
- Aligned across global network of member firms to address clients' challenges with a multi-disciplinary approach
- Offers business services including operating model evaluation, data management solutions, automation opportunities, and more

Qualifications

Required:

- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week in-person
- 3+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Implementation of CLM software (Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis)
- Document extraction tools, data wrangling tools (Alteryx), and visualization/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
- DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration
- Ability to travel up to 50% for work
- One of the following accreditations or willingness to obtain:
- Licensed CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, Procurement/Legal Procurement or SAS Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal Certification, Technical Certifications (Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, CCMP, SAS Certified Data Scientist, DocuSign, etc.)

Preferred:

- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with template rationalization, guide/playbook creation, and contracting process design

Salary Information

- Wage range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, licensure and certifications, and other business needs
- Range estimate is $80,920 to $184,210
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program
