Duties:

  • Manage a broad range of secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring, reorganizations, and general corporate finance.
  • Contribute actively to direct lending, special situation financings, out-of-court and in-court restructurings, and private equity-related corporate finance transactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Admittance to and good standing with the Texas Bar.
  • 7-10 years of experience in debt finance or related fields.
  • Preferred experience as a key member of deal teams, overseeing signings, closings, and drafting initial documentation.

 

Education & Certifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
