The ideal candidate should also have experience in hospitality and/or real estate litigation, which is considered a plus. The position requires excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as expertise in general commercial litigation. The candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the New York State Bar. Duties:

• Handle general commercial litigation cases.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.

• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues on legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of general commercial litigation experience.
