A law firm in Wellington, FL, seeks a dynamic and experienced Divorce/Family Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in family law practice and will be responsible for representing clients in various divorce and family law matters.

Duties:

• Represent clients in divorce proceedings, including child custody, child support, alimony, and property division matters.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on family law issues to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' cases.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' interests in court.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
• 1-6 years of experience practicing family law, focusing on divorce matters preferred.
• Strong understanding of Florida family law statutes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
