The ideal candidate will bring an array of experiences, including bid protests, claims, performance disputes, regulatory compliance advice, and more. This position is well-suited for candidates with relevant federal government contracting experience and some portable business.
In this critical role, the selected candidate will be a central figure in handling an array of responsibilities within the expanding Business Department. These responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of government contract matters, from bid protests to False Claims Act issues, SBA regulations, and cost issues, including Cost Accounting Standards and allow ability. The candidate should also be adept at the negotiation of prime and subcontracts, teaming agreements, joint ventures, and mentor-protégé agreements.
To excel in this role, candidates are encouraged to bring portable business and should possess the requisite experience in federal government contracting.
