Job Duties:

  • Handle criminal defense cases, representing clients facing various charges.
  • Manage personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and other incidents.
  • Assist with family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, and alimony.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of legal issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • At least 1 year of trial experience.
  • Strong understanding of criminal defense, personal injury, and family law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Membership with the Florida Bar.
