A law firm in Orlando, FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney to serve in areas of practice including criminal defense, personal injury, and family law. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of trial experience and must be a member of the Florida Bar.

Job Duties:

• Handle criminal defense cases, representing clients facing various charges.
• Manage personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and other incidents.
• Assist with family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, and alimony.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of legal issues.

Requirements:

• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• At least 1 year of trial experience.
• Strong understanding of criminal defense, personal injury, and family law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Membership with the Florida Bar.

Skills:
