Job Summary:
As an Insurance Tax Manager at PwC, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and solutions to clients in the insurance industry, both locally and internationally. You will also act as a strategic consultant, helping clients with business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing for partners. This role requires a thorough understanding of tax issues affecting the insurance industry, as well as strong technical skills in tax provision preparation, audit and review, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
As a Manager at PwC, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing new skills outside of your comfort zone
- Resolving issues that prevent the team from working effectively
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Analyzing complex ideas and making recommendations
- Using data and insights to inform decision-making
- Managing different viewpoints to build consensus
- Simplifying complex messages for clients
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

Experience and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of experience in a related field
- CPA or Member of the Bar certification
- Thorough knowledge of tax issues affecting the insurance industry
- Strong technical skills in tax provision, audit and review, and compliance

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and experience as a team leader. Familiarity with a CRM system is also preferred.
