Job Overview:

The Mid-Level Investment Funds Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support in the areas of investment funds, including hedge funds and credit funds. They will collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure legal compliance and strategic guidance.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to investment funds regulations and requirements.
• Draft and review legal documents, including fund formation documents, offering memoranda, and agreements.

• Assist in due diligence processes for fund formation and investment transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
