# Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at Organization

Organization is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Prosecuting Attorney to join their Felony Division. The successful candidate should have experience in law, jury trials, and court coverage.

## Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Prosecuting Attorney will be responsible for:

* Assisting Law Enforcement with arrest warrants, search warrants, and other legal matters
* Providing court coverage for the Felony Division
* Conducting Motion Practice in court
* Trying felony cases
* Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Westlaw, and other Windows based programs

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney position should have the following qualifications:

* Jury Trial Experience
* Comfortable with Motion Practice
* Flexibility to work a four day, 10-hour day
* Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Westlaw, and other Windows based programs
