Job Overview:

The Patent Agent will support the firm's patent prosecution practice. This position offers substantial opportunities for direct partner and client engagement and unique prospects inherent to working within a globally renowned law firm.

Duties:

• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in various technology fields.
• Conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses.
• Collaborating with inventors and attorneys to develop patent strategies.
• Assisting in patent litigation matters, including drafting invalidity and infringement contentions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science, or related field.
• Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
