  • Draft and argue discovery motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Manage cases from inception to resolution
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients
  • Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing records

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience representing clients in the gaming industry
  • Admission to practice law in a state
  • Background in gaming regulatory matters preferred
  • Experience in tribal gaming is a plus
  • Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
  • Ability to manage cases independently and take the lead

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in a state
