Our Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice specializes in helping clients manage their tax obligations in complex partnership structures. We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our team and help our clients with financial reporting, capital market analysis, internal controls, taxation and advisory services.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team to help solve complex business issues related to tax obligations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Encouraging team members to share their opinions and ideas.
- Effectively handling ambiguous and unstructured problems.
- Conducting coaching conversations at all levels.
- Balancing big picture thinking with attention to detail.
- Anticipating stakeholder needs and developing solutions.
- Providing technical knowledge in your area of expertise.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or member of the Bar certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of partnership structures and related transactions.
- Familiarity with US Tax Code sections and associated regulations.
- Experience with consulting and modeling for IPOs, M&A, and equity transactions.
- Ability to prepare and process tax returns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
