Polsinelli, a leading law firm, is seeking a mid-level Health Care Litigation Associate to join their nationally recognized health care practice in either Chicago, Denver or Kansas City. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 2+ years of health care litigation experience and a strong background in False Claims Act matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex health care litigation matters with a focus on False Claims Act cases
- Draft federal court pleadings and motions
- Work directly with clients and government regulators on high stakes matters
- Contribute to the growth and development of the national health care practice at the firm

Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of experience in health care litigation, with a particular emphasis on False Claims Act matters
- Strong persuasive writing skills, including experience drafting federal court pleadings and motions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Law firm or federal clerkship experience preferred
