Job Overview: The Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. They will handle all aspects of the legal process, from initial consultations to settlement negotiations or trial representation.

Duties:

• Conducting client intake interviews and assessing the viability of personal injury claims.
• Investigating claims by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing medical records.
• Drafting legal documents such as complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Representing clients in negotiations with insurance companies or in court proceedings.
• Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout their cases.
• Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, focusing on personal injury cases.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes in personal injury litigation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
