A law firm in Uniondale is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to work closely with partners on various aspects of corporate law. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and writing skills, along with a strong transactional background, including experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing.

Duties:

• Collaborate with partners on all aspects of corporate law matters.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in negotiations and due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate governance matters.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in good standing in at least one . jurisdiction.
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on transactional matters.
• Strong transactional background, including experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing.
• Excellent time management and writing skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in at least one . jurisdiction.

Skills:
