- Full-time position to expand the capacity of GBLA's immigration unit

GBLA's immigration unit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law / Immigration Attorney to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of immigrants and their families in Kern County. As a hybrid attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on both family law and immigration cases, providing a diverse and fulfilling legal experience.

The immigration unit at GBLA focuses on helping Kern County residents apply for immigration benefits such as u nonimmigrant status and special immigrant juvenile status, subject to LSC restrictions. This unit works closely with GBLA's domestic violence prevention and guardianship units to provide comprehensive support for individuals navigating the complexities of immigration processes.

As an attorney at GBLA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and security of immigrants and their families.
