Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a first-party property insurance defense attorney, preferably with 3-7 years of experience in a private law firm or clerkship. The candidate will work closely with Partners on all phases of litigation, from claim investigations following catastrophic losses, case evaluation and reporting, discovery, depositions, mediations and arbitrations, and trial presentation. Will be expected to be skilled litigators who are able to defend insurers and their insureds in personal injury, premises liability, and general liability matters. Should have litigation experience: first-party property, insurance coverage, and/or general liability defense.
