Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts related to real estate development.
  • Preferred experience with construction, design, or development contracts.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
