A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Family Law Attorney who will be responsible for:

• Representing clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence cases.
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Managing a caseload and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Attending court hearings and trials as necessary.
• Keeping abreast of changes in family law statutes and case law.
• Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing legal software and programs.

Requirements:

• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong client communication and case management skills.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Preference for court hearing and trial experience.
• Ability to learn new software and programs quickly.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
