The Senior Manager in the Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice at PwC is a key role in providing specialized tax consulting and compliance services for a variety of clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized tax consulting and compliance services related to partnership structures and transactions for a variety of clients
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the US Tax Code and associated regulations to interpret and apply relevant sections for partnerships, Up-Cs, and UPREITs
- Consult and model for pre- and post-IPOs, M&A, and equity transactions
- Participate in marketing and business development efforts
- Interpret, prepare, and process complex information to calculate partnership allocations and review and reconcile outcomes for multiple partnerships and entities
- Manage and review federal and state tax returns
- Collaborate with other disciplines to design and implement systems and process enhancements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or Bar membership required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and transactions
- In-depth knowledge of relevant sections of the US Tax Code and associated regulations
- Experience with consulting and modelling for IPOs, M&A, and equity transactions
- Strong report-writing skills
- Experience with preparing and processing tax returns for multiple partnerships and entities
- Experience with managing and reviewing federal and state tax returns
