H2: Join Our APH Products Liability Group and Work on Exciting Product Liability Matters

- Seeking an experienced Attorney to join our APH Products Liability Group at Clyde & Co in Kansas City or St. Louis.
- Excellent opportunity for someone with litigation experience and interest in product liability matters.
- Represent and advise national and international insurers in a wide range of cases, including asbestos and product liability litigation.
- Responsibilities include taking depositions, drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research, and preparing correspondence.
- Asbestos/toxic tort experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be admitted to practice in Missouri and/or Illinois.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Courtroom experience, including motions, is preferred.
- Trial experience is a bonus.
- Hybrid work schedule available.
