The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigating and trying intellectual property (IP) and technology-focused cases. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Litigate and try IP and technology-focused cases from inception to conclusion.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex IP and technology-related issues.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies for litigation cases.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
  • Prepare and present oral arguments in court and at hearings.
  • Manage and conduct fact development, including interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Provide clients with clear and concise legal advice and updates on case progress.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IP and technology-focused litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong writing, speaking, and legal research skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
