ProKidney's technology uses a patient's own cells to treat diseased kidneys, potentially preventing or delaying the need for dialysis or transplant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on a variety of commercial transactions
- Ensure timely compliance with SEC and Nasdaq regulations
- Work on corporate governance and board matters
- Handle complex legal issues with critical thinking and negotiation skills

Job Requirements:

- JD from an ABA-accredited Law School
- Active bar license in the US and in good standing
- 5+ years of experience in public company securities and general corporate law, preferably at an Am Law 100 firm
- Knowledge of bylaws, board minutes, Nasdaq compliance, and corporate disclosures
- Experience in the biopharma industry is a strong plus
